Delivery areas

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your city. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available nationwide. Our team may contact you by call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. Orders that cannot be confirmed or are repeatedly refused at delivery may be cancelled.

Order tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
